The Problem
A shower corner crumbling with black mold — the caulk had split three years ago and been painted over twice.
The Fix
We stripped the old sealant with a oscillating tool, let the substrate dry overnight, then laid a single-pass bead of mold-resistant silicone. Tooled with a wet finger and left with a 24-hour cure window. The corner looks like it was tiled yesterday.
The Problem
A bay window whistling every time the wind shifted — the original sealant had shrunk away from the frame leaving a 3mm gap all the way around.
The Fix
We cleaned the frame with isopropyl, applied a foam backer rod to the deep sections, then ran a continuous bead of paintable acrylic sealant. Tooled flush with the frame profile. The whistle stopped before we packed up.

The Problem
A restaurant failing its health inspection — the caulk between the prep counter and wall had pulled away and was harboring bacteria in a 6-inch run.
The Fix
We arrived at 6 AM before service, stripped the old joint, prepped with food-safe cleaner, and applied NSF-certified silicone rated for commercial kitchens. Re-tooled twice to ensure zero voids. The inspector passed them the next morning.
